This reset
option allows windows10 users to return to their original settings
without losing photos, music, videos or personal files. This is the most invasive reset option. You can keep your account, personal files and personal settings. Windows Store apps and Desktop apps must be reinstalled. The pre-installed ASUS customization will be erased.
1. Touch or click the "Start" button.
2. Touch or click the "Settings" button.
3. Touch or click "Recovery" then select "Reset this PC".
4. Touch or click "Get started".
5. Touch or click "Keep my files".
6. Touch or Click "next". (On this page, you are required to make sure that you understand if you have to reinstall the application after the reset process.)

8. Touch or Click "reset". (This is the last page before the reset process takes place.)
